Jet Pumps and Production Systems for the Oil and Gas Industry

Our pumps are used for oil production and/or dewatering gas wells. We also sell and service the Ultra-Flo Production System which is used to supply power fluid to our downhole Jet Pump. Other products and services include lease operating, custom production equipment, and equipment rental, sales, and locating.

Ultra-Flo

The Ultra-Flo Production System, patent pending, combines a highly efficient patented down hole jet pump with a surface mounted diaphragm pump.

The diaphragm pump, power plant, electric control panel, all valves, hoses, flow meter, and controls are mounted on one compact 4 feet wide by 6 foot 10 inch long skid. The Ultra-Flo System has no sucker rods to wear or to cause tubing damage thereby avoiding costly shutdowns for remedial action and the resulting loss of production.

Jet Pumps -

JJ Tech’s Jet Pump was developed to produce large volumes of sub-surface formation fluids with inclusions of moderate to high solid content. The unique patented design allows easy retrieval of the pump from deviated and horizontal wells. Retrieval of the pump from the hole for replacement of the nozzle or expansion tube is done by manipulation of the surface valves and reverse circulation of fluid with the existing production equipment. No wire line, pulling unit, or work over rig is required.

Dewatering Gas Wells -

Lift Tech utilizes a method of dewatering gas wells that eliminates most of the problems of other forms of lift. By using concentric tubing strings in conjunction with the efficient JJ Tech Jet Pump, Lift Tech can produce formation liquids and achieve a constant, steady production rate.
